Example projects include a light-up mask, flashing bag, and twinkling item of clothing. After creating basic circuits, students will learn how to program them to flash in different patterns or react to sensors.

Students will learn how circuits work and sew their first LED circuit.

2. Lesson 2: Wrist Band

Students will design and sew a bracelet or arm band with multiple LEDs.

3. Lesson 3: Mask

Students will design and create an LED mask.

4. Lesson 4: Bag

Students will create a bag with twinkling lights.

5. Lesson 5: Lilypad

Students learn how to program their circuits with the Arduino Lilypad.

6. Lesson 6: RGB

Students program and RGB LED to flash in different colors.

7. Lesson 7: Buttons

Students add buttons and switches to their circuits.

8. Lesson 8: Sensors

Student learn how to use sensors to trigger LEDs.

9. Lesson 9: Music

Students can program a buzzer to play music.

10. Lesson 10: Final Project

Students combine sensors, buzzers, and LEDs to build their final project.
