Summer 2019: D308E13 - Speech and Debate 8

In this 2 week course, students discover how to become capable communicators, as well as diligent researchers and critical thinkers. Students will explore a number of different, nationally competitive, events, including Public Forum, Lincoln Douglas, and Extemporaneous Speaking.
To complete the summer camp, the students will compete in a 2 day, in class, debate tournament, with a final round, and awards. Parents are not only invited, but encouraged to attend these debates at the end of session to see just how far the students have progressed, and experience the power of debate.
